L'HISTOIRE DANS LA CUILLÈRE This project was a 6-week group work in partnership with Korian. The objective was to create and maintain a communication flow between generations. My concept was called « the history on the spoon ». and brought together residents from a retirement home and culinary school students. In pairs, residents and students would create recipes together thanks to the memory of one and the creativity of the other.
